Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery- Part Time Nights

Inova Loudoun Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor and Delivery Unit. This role will be part-time night shift 2 x 12-hour shifts per week 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate's Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Experience: Required 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, for Critical Care units, 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start. For Critical Care Units: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - Within 6 Months. For Pediatric Units: Pediatric Advanced Life Support- Within 6 Months. For Infusion Center Units: Obtain chemo card- within 3 months of hire.
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of recent Registered Nurse (RN) inpatient experience on a Labor and Delivery Unit
