We are looking for motivated, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional direct care and support to our patients. The RN assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaboration with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practices.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Assess patients\' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey.
• Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SPBH.
• Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
• Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.

Qualifications

• Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing; valid Washington State RN license required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: At least three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
• Additional Skill Requirements: Demonstrate exceptional crisis and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility and creativity. Maintain a calm, organized, and professional demeanor in stressful situations.

Compensation & Schedule

This is a full-time role with compensation of $40.00 - $55.00 hourly plus up to $9,000 retention bonus annually. Schedule: Night Shift.
