Base Pay Range

$32.80/hr – $50.39/hr

Memorial Hospital – Belleville: 4500 Memorial Drive, Belleville, IL 62226
Memorial Hospital – Shiloh: 1404 Cross Street, Shiloh, IL 62269
This is an onsite position.

Shifts and Schedule

  • Monday – Friday; 7:30 am or 8:00 am start to 4:30 pm or 5:00 pm end (8.5‑hour days)
  • PRN schedule: at least 2 shifts every 6 weeks
  • Weekend rotation
  • No holidays and no call

Additional Preferred Requirements

  • At least 2 years of nursing experience (inpatient or outpatient)
  • Prior case management experience

Overview

Memorial Hospital Belleville is an acute care hospital offering medical and surgical services, critical and emergency care, including Children’s at Memorial for pediatric emergency care. It provides a full complement of diagnostic and treatment services, along with heart and vascular care. It is an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI by the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care and a designated Acute Stroke Ready Hospital. Memorial Hospital Shiloh is a 94‑bed, all‑private‑suite hospital recognized with Magnet status, offering emergency care, labor & delivery, nursery, medical and surgical services, and critical care.

Preferred Qualifications

Coordinates, negotiates, procures and manages the care of patients to facilitate quality, cost‑effective outcomes. Works with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to identify and resolve issues. Consults on utilization management and performance improvement to obtain optimum value.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses, coordinates, and evaluates each patient’s plan of care.
  • Establishes, continuously evaluates, and documents an individualized discharge plan.
  • Ensures clinical documentation and cost‑effective use of hospital resources.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
  • Experience: No supervisor experience required
  • License/Certification: RN license

Preferred Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Experience: 2‑5 years of nursing experience
