Clinical Site Team Leader (CSTL) at Quality Correctional Care

Position Summary
The CSTL acts as a representative of the leadership team within the assigned facility, responsible for leadership and strategic planning of nursing and ancillary services within the medical department. This includes personnel management, budgeting, coordinating off-site services, and coordinating operations for pharmacy, medical, and mental health services.
Responsibilities
- Staff Development and Management: ensure quality and standards of care, model QCC core values, create a positive work environment, recruit, hire, orient, train, provide ongoing leadership and feedback, and develop the team.
- Administrative/Clinical Functions: oversee medical operations, coordinate with medical and mental health providers for scheduling, referrals, and treatment plans, manage budgets related to staffing, pharmacy, and ordering, complete administrative reports, participate in QA audits, and maintain supplies and equipment; enforce compliance with laws and policies.
- Shift Coverage: be prepared to pick up open shifts when needed.
Requirements
- RN or LPN licensure
- CPR certified
Note: This position requires pickup of open shifts when needed.
Preferences
- Correctional experience preferred but not required
- Management experience

Jefferson County Jail, Madison, Indiana
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
