Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Illinois or in process of taking full license exam in Illinois; Ph.D. or Psy.D. required
• Ability to provide full‑time therapy‑only services

$115,000 - $135,000 a year
LifeStance reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on circumstances not related to protected status.
