Overview
Registered Dental Hygienist - $5,000 Sign On Bonus at Imagen Dental Partners
$5,000 Sign on Bonus • Compensation: $50-60/hr based on experience • Schedule: Part time with potential to go full time in the future; 3 day work week
Monday: 9:00am-6:00pm • Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm • Wednesday: 9:00am-6:00pm or Thursday: 7:00am-2:00pm
Sign on bonus: $5,000 paid after 60 days
Responsibilities
- Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
- Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
- Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
- Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
- Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
- Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
- Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.
Qualifications
- Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
