Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience
- 12 months of role experience required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.
- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements
- Must have a Wisconsin license or compact license.
- Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- COVID booster required after submission. Alternatives accepted.
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Alternatives accepted.
- Pre-employment modules may be required. Upload certifications/health documents to profile.
- An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If not, may interview with third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience
- Need to be able to read telemetry strips.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- ED or ICU experience very helpful.
Shift & Scheduling
Every other weekend, every other holiday.
Floating Requirements
May float to other Aspirus locations such as Merrill, Wausau, Stanley, and Langlade.
9 days maximum time off.
1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead) required for submission.
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor) required for submission.
