Overview
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting talented individuals to support our nonprofit mission to prioritize individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Schedule
Potential full‑time shifts vary from four 10‑hour shifts or three 12‑hour shifts; Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
Compensation
Pay range from $36‑$38 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect:
- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Additional tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical excellence
- Desire to collaborate with care teams
- Ability to problem solve
Education/Training
- Accredited nursing degree required
- Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available
- DCI provides 3‑month comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one‑on‑one skills training
- New graduates encouraged to apply
