Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults, including medication management and psychotherapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and institutional policies

Qualifications
- Indiana licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a PMHNP
- Experienced working with children, adolescents, or adults
- Proficient in both medication management and psychotherapy
- Full‑time only (40 hr/week)
