New Graduate Nurse: Surgical Unit – New Tower

Level I RN – A newly graduated Associate Degree (AD) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) completing the Nursing Practice Orientation Program with 6 months of clinical experience or fewer post‑licensure. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Level I RN is responsible for direct patient care using the nursing process, supporting peers, prioritizing safety, collaboration, and communication, and contributing to unit activities that enhance patient outcomes. Upon successful completion of the six‑month evaluation, the nurse may advance to Level II RN.

Surgical Unit – SE5 (New Tower) – General Surgery / GYN / Oncology.

• New Tower – All Private Rooms
• Bariatric
• Colorectal
• Urology
• Gynecology
• Plastics

PAY RANGE: $38-41

Job Requirements

• BS in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed by New York State to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare providers).
