Royal Oaks, a HumanGood life plan community in Duarte, CA, is hiring a part-time, afternoon shift Charge Nurse LVN to join its Assisted Living team. Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents’ daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Part-Time Shift
3-11 pm $32 - $37/hr. (2 days on / 4 days off)
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification (In person training. Online courses not accepted)
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, Assisted Living, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
