Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and physical exams.
• Review and document patient medical histories.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Respond to urgent issues and coordinate follow-up care.
• Provide pre-exam prep and routine procedures (e.g., injections, vitals).
• Deliver wound care and other minor treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Maintain compliance with medical regulations and safety protocols.
