BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and leadership skills to motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.
Payscale: $30.20 - $47.30/Hr

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring staff by demonstrating positive work habits, clinical skills, and business knowledge.
- Coaching team members to proactively address patient and client needs and manage stressful situations.
- Collaborating with hospital leadership to organize meetings for technicians and assistants.
- Organizing training schedules for technician staff.
- Identifying workplace conflicts and seeking resolution.
- Providing feedback and developing performance improvement plans.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
