How You\'ll Make a Difference
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Lead complex problem-solving initiatives, architect technical solutions, and drive strategic alignment between technology implementations and organizational objectives.
- Communication: Lead high-level discussions with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure clear understanding and alignment on projects and goals.
- Enterprise Solution Development and Delivery: Design and oversee technical solution development and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the final solution meets business objectives.
- Advanced Analytics Strategy: Architect analytics solutions and translate complex business requirements into scalable data platforms that drive organizational insights.
- Integration Architecture: Implement enterprise integration strategies, evaluate integration platforms, and establish standards for system interoperability across the organization.
- User Experience Strategy: Champion user-centered design principles, and drive initiatives to optimize end-to-end user experiences across enterprise systems.
- Supporting Digital Transformation: Contribute to modernization efforts by developing strategies to enhance manufacturing capabilities through innovative technical solutions.
What This Role Needs
- Advanced Problem-Solving, Troubleshooting and Debugging Abilities: Proven expertise in solving complex technical challenges and architecting enterprise solutions, with deep analytical capabilities and systematic approach to problem resolution.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to shape organizational strategy, optimize enterprise processes, and identify transformational opportunities.
- Technical Leadership and Expertise: Proficiency in data platforms that support business applications, including SQL, databases, reporting platforms, and BI/Analytics tools.
- Proficiencies: Epicor Kinetic BAQs, Power Query, Epicor Grow; TSQL, MS SQL Server; Workato/Epicor Automation Studio, and Azure Data Factory; ERP systems such as Epicor Kinetic and Aptean Workwise.
- BI/Data Modeling and Analytics: Knowledge of data modeling, Power BI, and related analytics tools; experience with modern data architectures.
- DevOps and Collaboration: Understanding of DevOps practices and version control; Azure DevOps and Git.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders; accountability and self-ownership.
