Role Description

This is a full-time in-person role for a Project Architect, located in Arlington, VA. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing project design and development with senior leadership, preparing submittals, managing project timelines, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with LEED and BIM standards. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with clients, managing budgets, and contributing to the overall project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Project Management
• Proficiency in Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with flexibility
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional licensure (preferred)
• Experience with architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Suite, etc.)
