Project Engineer at Haselden Construction
Join Haselden Construction in Loveland, CO, to lead project engineering activities, ensuring on‑time delivery of high‑quality construction projects.
Pay
Base salary: $80,000 – $93,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Independently perform required tasks without specific direction.
- Study project drawings, specifications, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders.
- Submit RFIs, submittals, and procure materials to meet schedule.
- Obtain and comply with building, storm‑water, and other permits.
- Coordinate contractually required testing and inspections.
- Generate punch list items and manage project closeout.
- Act as the information hub for project office, field personnel, and design team.
- Assist in generating CPM schedule updates using company scheduling software.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and support team in short‑term schedule generation.
- Price and evaluate Owner and subcontractor change orders.
- Support job setup, meetings, safety, and record‑keeping.
- Participate in QA/QC process with the field team.
- Other duties may be assigned at any time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 3–5 years of on‑the‑job experience.
- Proficiency in Procore, Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems and manage time effectively.
- Strong work ethic and positive, can‑do attitude.
