Daily tasks will include:

• Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications using Microsoft .Net technology in support of NYBE Backoffice applications.
• Analyze, design and configure changes within the system to collaborate with the NYBE project teams for agency onboarding to the application (which involves a multi-step/multi-week process).
• Work with clients, architects, and developers to configure and support priority projects, incorporating agency input, application training, and release 'Go-Live' activities.

IT Specialist
Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

Senior 60 - 84 Months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance, and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.

• 72 months experience as lead developer of web-based systems using Microsoft .Net Core, Microsoft ASP.Net Web Forms, C#, Angular, Node, and Bootstrap framework.
• 72 months experience in .NET programming, design patterns, development and implementation of .NET-C#, .NET Core 3.0 Framework, Entity Framework, microservices, LINQ, Angular (v4 to v11), REST web service, SOAP web service, Visual Studio, IIS, TFS, Postman, XUnit, Swagger.
• 72 months experience in Microsoft/Oracle technologies with a variety of computer languages, creating navigation structures and information designs; constructing prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to communicate design to business analysts & enterprise architecture team, including developing graphic designs that communicate the ideas promoted by the requirements.
• 60 months experience performing gap analysis and designing solutions to support growing business needs, building and maintaining design system/pattern libraries that align with business strategies and objectives, and collaborating with architects, developers, and analysts to meet project objectives.
• 72 months experience in developing and supporting JavaScript AJAX and C# .Net applications including jQuery and DOM manipulation.
• 72 months experience with software languages: .NET C#, SQL Server, Oracle, jQuery, HTML5, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, CSS, C++, Java, PHP, Python, and Scala.
• 72 months experience in database development creating tables, views, complex queries, triggers, procedures, and packages, and performance tuning in an Oracle or MSSQL database.
• 60 months experience with Git, build systems, and writing and using automated test scripts.
• 60 months experience in providing technical support for production software systems, including debugging customer issues, diagnosing performance issues, reviewing error logs, overseeing source code repositories, and software configurations.
• 12 months of experience in Windows IIS administration.
