About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Developer to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Azure services, DevOps automation, and CI/CD pipeline development. You’ll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure DevOps solutions that accelerate cloud deployments and application delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable DevOps solutions using Azure DevOps tools and pipelines
- Manage and optimize build and release processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines
- Create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployment automation and system reliability
- Leverage Microsoft Azure services to support application development and cloud-native architectures
- Implement best practices for code versioning, branching strategies, and automation
Must-Have Skills
- Proven hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts)
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Compute, Networking, Storage, App Services, AKS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and tools (CI/CD, Git, YAML pipelines, IaC)
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Solid grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps and cloud development
- Azure or DevOps certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104) are a plus
