Speechify operates in a 100% distributed setting with a global team of frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and other professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead key engineering and product decisions
- Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
- Work within a dedicated product team
- Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
- Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Experience on products that scaled to a large user base
- Track record of working on products from inception to traction and being responsible for engineering the product
- Customer obsession and a commitment to providing the best possible experience
- Product thinking and ability to support internal teams and designers in making the right direction decisions
- Speed and focus with the ability to ship ideas quickly while knowing what can ship now
- Technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI
Technical Requirements
- Swift Programming Language
- SwiftUI experience
- Experience in multithreading programming
- Working with CI/CD infrastructure
- Experience with Fastlane
- SOLID principles and writing classes accordingly
- Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies

Salary
- United States base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity depending on experience
