Role Overview

• Provide technical support for end users, acting as an escalation point for Tier 1 issues
• Perform compliance checks, troubleshooting, and remediation on workstations, tablets, and mobile devices
• Maintain hardware and software for desktops and laptops
• Assist with VoIP phone systems and mobile device support
• Participate in planning and implementing IT projects as directed
• Stay proficient in core platforms and applications, including:
  • Windows and macOS
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Internet-based and departmental applications
• Support IT asset management, including deployments, procurement, installations, and disposition
• Provide executive-level support and serve as an escalation resource

Job Type & Location

Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour.
