About The Role… The Logistics Engineering teams design, build, and operate applications and services that serve caregivers' evolving needs. As we expand our capabilities to manage patient flows across hospital systems, we seek talented engineers to join our growth.
What You’ll Do…
- Understand and solve business needs at scale with high-quality solutions.
- Build and operate resilient services and infrastructure.
- Create metrics, dashboards, and alerts to meet SLOs for performance, errors, and availability, and react to resolve issues in an on-call rotation.
- Build on AWS services such as Lambda, EKS, S3, EC2, RDS, DocumentDB.
What We Look For…
- 0-2 years of experience in Java, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience debugging in production environments.
- Ability to design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant services.
- Experience contributing to architectural decisions.
- Motivated to understand problems deeply and solve them using engineering principles.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
Nice to Haves…
- Interest in cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of hospital operations.
- Development experience with Spring.

The salary range varies by location, approximately $67,000 to $114,000.
