Project Engineer
Are you a Project Engineer with experience in energy storage looking to work for an exciting start‑up company with excellent hands‑on training and the opportunity to progress into directorship?
Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer you will work with the engineering team for the installation and commissioning of software, hardware, and controls equipment both remotely and in the field. You will utilize your experience with energy management systems to develop, enhance and implement control logic and software features. Lastly you will be required to develop and present solutions in support of proposals, preliminary designs and similar endeavors.
The Person
- Experience with Energy Storage
- Prior experience in electrical engineering or power systems looking to get into a project based role
- Experience with model‑based systems/controls engineering
- Experience with Energy Management Systems (controls logic & Software development)
The Role
- Utilize experience with energy management systems to develop, enhance and implement control logic and software features.
- Install and commission software, hardware and controls equipment both remotely and in the field.
- Working with clients to understand requirements for project development, project reviews and upcoming projects.
- 10% travel
