Jr Systems Analyst

Luna Data Solutions has an exciting long-term contract opportunity for a Jr Systems Analyst in Austin, TX

Approximately one day onsite every two weeks, plus occasional meetings when business dictates (78754).

Ideal candidate is a junior-level technologist who has the ability and desire to:

• Work consistently with a collaborative small team including Project Managers, Supervisors, and contacts from other workgroups.
• Assist with practical record-level updates and assessments for digital records.
• Help departmental users to solve SharePoint and Teams concerns (including permissions, digital storage, and sharing issues) and document solution steps in work tickets.
• Write and edit technical documentation for internal, departmental, and city audiences on Gitbook, SharePoint, and Knack platforms (prior knowledge of Gitbook or Knack is helpful but not required).
• Assist in major projects like digital map records library organization (including organization, data-clean-up, and metadata creation) and updates to Tracker database (including manually entering updates into the system).
• Assist the Open Data Liaison with open data asset review, updates, and documentation as needed.
• Assist our builders who create, maintain, and update departmental no-code/low-code Knack applications.
