Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead the Truck Service Profit Center, overseeing a team of technicians, marketing, operations and customer service.
- Coach and inspire your team to meet and exceed company performance standards, fostering a fast, friendly and knowledgeable service environment.
- Create an atmosphere of trust that encourages feedback from team members and guests, coaching and managing performance in line with company policy.
- Recruit, hire, train and retain highly motivated employees, cultivating a culture of respect and recognition.
- Guide your team in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing heavy‑duty trucks and trailers in a professional and accommodating manner.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure all products and services are available.
- Be responsible for achieving financial objectives, effectively managing people, product, service and facility processes to enhance revenue and profit.
- Lead all payroll, accounting, inventory and personnel documentation procedures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with state and federal laws.
- Adhere to safety standards and company guidelines on vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.>
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in convenience store, truck service, travel center or related business activity.
- Proficient planning and analytical skills, capable of interpreting P&L, coverage ratios, budgets and expense reports to achieve positive financial results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present business action plans and operational reports to management.
- Flexible to work nights, weekends and some holidays in a variety of conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay Range
$60,000.00 – $65,000.00 annually.
