We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented IT professional to join our Provisioning & Asset Management team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking anIT Provisioning & Asset Management Specialistwith hands-on experience provisioningboth Windows and macOS laptops, as well as enrolling devices into a variety ofMDM platforms. This role is fast-paced and requires someone who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This is a fullyin-office role, Monday–Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision, configure, and prepare Windows and macOS devices for deployment
  • Enroll devices into MDM platforms such as Intune, JAMF, Kandji, or similar tools
  • Perform OS setup, imaging, software installation, updates, and quality checks
  • Maintain accurate asset records, inventory updates, and device tracking
  • Troubleshoot provisioning issues and ensure devices meet customer specifications
  • Assist with device returns, wipe/restore processes, and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer-specific configurations
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with speed, accuracy, and consistent documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of hands‑on experience provisioningWindows and Mac laptops
  • Experience withMDM enrollment (e.g., Intune, JAMF, Kandji , etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Windows and macOS setup, imaging, and security basics
  • Ability to work efficiently in afast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent, high‑quality work
  • Ability to lift and handle hardware/equipment as needed
  • Onsite availability Monday–Friday is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with asset management systems or ticketing tools
  • Familiarity with zero‑touch deployment workflows
  • Previous experience supporting customer‑specific build requirements
  • Knowledge of hardware break/fix basics (not required but a plus)
