Overview
Software Engineer- Design Systems role at DataAnnotation. You will train AI models, measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript; you will need proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) to solve coding problems (think LeetCode, HackerRank, etc) and be able to explain how your solution solves the problem
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
