Hi, Our client a global consultancy company services is looking for their client in the Insurance industry for a Backend Developer for a 6 months contract to join their Voice Platform team.
Role Summary
We are looking for a backend developer with strong JavaScript skills to join our voice platform team. The developer will work on integrations, API development, and enhancements to systems connected to Genesys, Cognigy, via AWS-hosted services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend components and APIs
- Integrate with third-party systems (e.g., Genesys, Cognigy, CRM tools)
- Collaborate with the business analysts, DevOps, and testers to deploy and test features
- Ensure secure and scalable code practices using GitHub
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand‑ups using Kanban practices
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years backend development experience
- Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful API development
- Experience in containerization and efficient application development for containers
- Experience working in AWS‑based environments preferred
- Experience with GitHub and Jira for version control and issue tracking
- Exposure to voice platforms or chatbot frameworks a plus
Contract
Contract: B2B / Freelance
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months + extension
Conditions: Remote in Poland
Rate: 110PLN – 160PLN per hour
