The supervisor will assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and personnel. Serves as a clinical resource for staff. Functions as a monitor technician or sitter in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties as delegated by the manager/director. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of monitor technician experience strongly preferred. Previous healthcare and/or leadership experience considered.
- Certifications: CRAT certification within 1 year of hire/promotion. BLS within 90 days of hire/promotion.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership qualities; basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
