Senior Business Operations Manager & Cloud Recruiter at Bowman Williams
We are a rapidly growing MSP supporting complex hybrid environments across networking, cloud, security, and endpoint management. They are seeking a Tier 2.5 System Administrator with strong MSP experience to serve as the senior onsite technical resource for a major client. This role combines escalations, project work, and hands‑on engineering with Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

What You Will Do
- Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, access points, and VPNs
- Configure VLANs, routing, segmentation, and security policies
- Lead Intune and Azure AD deployments including Autopilot, conditional access, and compliance
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and server or cloud migration projects
- Troubleshoot advanced networking, virtualization, identity, and security issues
- Use tools such as Articwolf, Huntress, and Meraki Dashboard for proactive monitoring
- Maintain documentation in IT Glue and communicate clearly with the client
- Mentor junior engineers and support standardization across environments
What You Need
- Three or more years of MSP or IT infrastructure experience
- Hands‑on expertise with the Cisco Meraki ecosystem including MX, MS, MR, and Systems Manager
- Strong background with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization
- Deep understanding of VLANs, routing, NAT, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and QoS
- Familiarity with Autopilot, conditional access, and endpoint security baselines
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills
