Position Overview

GTI Fabrication is a leader in industrial modular manufacturing, serving the energy, defense, and heavy‑industrial markets. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring our systems evolve alongside our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional needs.
• Conduct process interviews, workshops, and workflow assessments to understand current pain points and future goals.
• Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications, technical requirements, and user stories.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and integration opportunities.
• Develop current‑ and future‑state process maps using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
• Partner with teams to design streamlined processes aligned with compliance standards and operational strategy.
• Support system configuration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, and HRIS platforms.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users.
• Act as the communication bridge between technical and non‑technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Present findings, process designs, and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Support change management efforts to ensure system adoption, training, and sustainability.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for ongoing optimization.
• Contribute to IT governance, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, or HRIS (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience using requirements and project tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with API integrations, data migration, and system interface design.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP implementation or optimization (NetSuite preferred).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes or data‑driven process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with manufacturing data flows — BOMs, routings, work orders, costing, and quality data.
• Basic scripting or automation experience (Python, Power Automate, SQL stored procedures).

• Timely delivery and adoption of implemented system changes.
• Reduction in manual processes and data inefficiencies.
• Improved reporting accuracy, user satisfaction, and system utilization.
