What You’ll Do
- Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone or Zoom
- Guide clients through coverage options that fit their needs and budget
- Follow a proven virtual sales process — no guesswork required
- Participate in daily Zoom training sessions (11 AM–12 PM EST)
- Set and achieve personal income goals
- Stay coachable, take feedback, and communicate consistently with your mentor team
What You’ll Need
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-discipline and consistency working remotely
- Willingness to learn and apply mentorship feedback
- Active Life Insurance License (or ability to complete a short online course)
- Reliable laptop, phone, and internet connection
