Job Description

We are looking to hire a core team of motivated individuals with a passion for progressive social change to fill community-outreach and management positions. This is a full‑time, in‑person position located in Northampton, MA, with hours from 1 pm to 9 pm Monday through Friday. Candidates must be available to start immediately and have reliable transportation or residence in the local area.

Roles & Responsibilities

Canvassers: Educate the public on our campaigns and build the support we need to win through petition signatures, collecting letters to lawmakers, and fundraising. All FM candidates will start off as Canvassers and can be fast‑tracked to management positions depending on skill level and/or past experience.

Field Managers: Train and develop new activists, motivate teams of five or more to be goal‑oriented, manage team logistics, analyze canvassing and budget performance, excel at setting and meeting goals, and lead by example.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, great leadership qualities, attention to detail, and a true passion for environmental issues, politics, or social justice.
