Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading Scrum, Agile, or SAFe teams in enterprise software development.
- 4 years of experience in product/platform release management, overseeing complex product deployments.
- Strong project management skills, with expertise in planning, scheduling, and multi-team coordination.
- Analytical problem-solving ability, particularly in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience in Agile/SAFe transformation efforts, including Program Increment (PI) backlog management.
- Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional dependencies and removing blockers.
- SAFe Certification (SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent) - Mandatory.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile release tracking tools.
- Preferred: Experience in GenAI, Data Science, or AI-driven platform development.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes and compliance requirements.
