Application Programmer III – Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Codes solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements. Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained.
• Mentors other software engineers and coaches team on CI‑CD practices and automating tool stack.
• Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle.
• Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
• Automates manual release activities.
• Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
• Own front‑end architecture and patterns in Angular; define and enforce best practices for state management, performance, and testing.
• Mentor developers on Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS; implement and maintain unit tests and E2E tests.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver features.

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Angular (v12+), components, services, directives, RxJS. Experience migrating from earlier Angular versions is a plus.
• Experience with state management libraries like NgRx or Redux.
• Modular architecture and lazy loading (feature modules, Angular Router).
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine/Karma, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Strong HTML, CSS/SCSS, responsive design.
