Experienced and Apprentice Architectural Woodworkers and Wood Finishers

Architectural Millwork company seeking both experienced and apprentice woodworkers and wood finishers. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with the ability and desire to work both independently, and as part of a team, to produce high-end millwork projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates to possess:

• Woodworkers:
  • 3+ years architectural woodworking or related experience
  • Ability to set up and run common millwork shop equipment
  • Ability to read architectural blueprints, shop drawings, sketches
  • A desire to learn and advance within a well-established company
    • We are willing to train dependable candidates who possess a strong desire to learn, attention to detail, and have excellent work ethic
• Wood Finishers:
  • 3+ years wood finishing experience
  • Experience with multiple types of finishing including, but not limited to, Catalyzed lacquer, Conversion Varnish, and Polyurethane paint & clear topcoat
  • Can complete all parts of a finish process: sanding, staining, priming, sealing, scuffing, top coating
  • Ability to mix stains to match wood finish samples
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary/Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
