We’re looking for a Senior Product Coordinator to help drive product updates, support agile delivery, and make a direct impact on how our applications evolve. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to keep projects moving, ensure smooth releases, and champion continual improvement across the software lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate change management for enterprise applications, ensuring updates are well-planned, tested, and delivered on time.
- Prioritize product requests and improvement opportunities, aligning with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineers and analysts to define milestones, user acceptance criteria, and measure ROI.
- Maintain product backlogs, monitor bugs/issues in Azure DevOps, and lead sprint planning.
- Conduct product testing, document processes, and lead sprint reviews or training sessions.
- Partner on multiple projects at once, contributing to usability sessions, workshops, and customer-focused initiatives.
- Support compliance efforts tied to ISO standards and assist with security and RFP documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or SaaS-related roles.
- Strong background in Agile Scrum methodology.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps a plus).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or CSPO certification preferred but not required.
