Job Summary

We are seeking someone with 4+ years of experience using Kinetic ERP to solve unique and complex business challenges by leveraging out-of-the-box functionality alongside custom development where needed. The ideal candidate would have relevant experience in manufacturing and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work with key stakeholders across all departments to analyze business processes and identify areas for optimization of the ERP system to resolve ongoing issues or accommodate new business requirements.
  2. Maintain and upgrade the ERP systems regularly.
  3. Develop and maintain integrations between the ERP system and third-party software using C# or other programming languages via REST APIs.
  4. Create ERP customizations using BPMs, Data Directives, Epicor Functions, and/or Application Studio.
  5. Develop SSRS reports for business needs.
  6. Troubleshoot ERP-related errors on servers and clients.
  7. Train users on ERP functionalities.
  8. Document system configurations, procedures, and workflows.

Required Qualifications

  1. 4+ years of development and/or functional experience with Kinetic/Epicor ERP.
  2. Experience in BAQs, SSRS Reporting, BPMs.
  3. Proficiency in C#.
  4. Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries.
  5. Basic knowledge of Windows IIS.
