This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful school looking to build on a glowing ISI inspection report and record-breaking exam results. Following an internal promotion for the current postholder, we are seeking an exceptionally organised and professional PA to the Head to provide high-quality administrative and executive support.
Working collaboratively across departments and on behalf of the Head, you will serve as a proactive and timely communicator, demonstrating warmth, positivity, and tact in your interactions with staff, pupils, parents, and external partners. You should be able to manage your workload efficiently and show a readiness to take on responsibility, including any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Head.
Previous experience is not essential, but a strong desire to learn and perform at your best is essential. This role is expected to be term-time plus four weeks, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. A year-round position may be available for the right candidate if preferred.
