This individual excels at creating clear and actionable standard operating procedures (SOPs), streamlining processes, and utilizing data strategically to shape departmental initiatives. Proven leadership experience and a track record of cultivating and managing high-performing teams are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Execution
- Develop and scale existing training programs, optimizing training team resources.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure department performance.
- Regularly report performance metrics and improvements to department leadership.
- Ensure training produces competent team members proficient in corporate systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities to expand training programs, supporting Inter-Con’s growth as a market leader in the security industry.
- Lead and mentor the training team, aligning efforts with departmental objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and support to help team members grow and excel.
- Create and maintain training curriculum.
- Support the development of SOPs, playbooks, and comprehensive training documentation.
- Track trainee competence through assessments and provide feedback to Department Leads.
- Analyze training data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Develop clear reports and presentations to support strategic recommendations
- Maintain a proactive, data-driven approach to decision-making
