Role Description
This is a contract position for a Youth Baseball Coach based on-site in San Francisco, CA. The coach will be responsible for planning and leading baseball practice sessions, developing player skills, and fostering teamwork among young athletes. Day-to-day tasks include organizing drills, providing instruction on baseball techniques, creating a positive team environment, and overseeing games and tournaments as needed. This role emphasizes mentorship, coaching, and the development of both athletic and interpersonal skills in players.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Coaching Baseball and a deep understanding of the game
- Coaching and Training experience to guide player development effectively
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to connect with young players
- Ability to create a positive and motivational environment for youth athletes
- Previous experience as a coach or player is preferred
- Understanding of proper safety
