Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Guest Service Department: ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience; oversee sales promotions; train service staff; maintain Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas.
- Kitchen Department: maintain food quality and speed, ensure safety, control food cost, train kitchen staff on production procedures.
- People Department: hire qualified crew, train and schedule to meet sales and profit goals; motivate and recognize crew.
- Maintain compliance with franchise and corporate policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by higher management.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule.
- Passion for a fast‑paced environment.
- Age 18 or older.
