TRAINING MANAGER, Research Operations, Analytics & Systems
Inside Higher Ed is looking for a TRAINING MANAGER to support the implementation of the Huron Grants and Agreements system. The role will develop, implement, and manage training guidance and processes to ensure compliance with accounting principles, sponsor requirements, state and federal guidelines, and university policies.

Reporting To: Executive Director of Research Intelligence and Operations
Responsibilities
- Lead training development and delivery for the Huron Grants and Agreements system.
- Ensure training materials and processes comply with accounting principles, sponsor requirements, and university policies.
- Collaborate with research administration and finance teams to provide onboarding for new administrators.
- Support compliance with state and federal guidelines related to research grants.
- Work in a hybrid capacity, spending part of the time on campus.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of related experience in research administration, training, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but experience may serve as a substitute.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of grant and financial stewardship best practices.
