Opportunity

As a Service Leader you maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, the line is clean and organized, and the crew is well trained and provides excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety by monitoring hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature, secondary shelf lives, and the Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross‑train front‑of‑house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and office supplies are ordered as needed.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Pay Transparency

Base pay range: $22.85–$25.44. Actual base pay may vary by skill level, experience and education. Additional benefits are available through Chipotle’s competitive benefits package.
