Salary
- Base pay range: $8,614.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Support the boy lacrosse teams as a dedicated and flexible assistant coach, collaborating with head coaches to ensure consistent, high-quality coaching and guidance.
- Oversee equipment and uniform inventory, including timely completion of annual orders.
- Perform administrative duties, ensuring rosters are current and changes are communicated promptly to the athletic office.
- Regularly update scores and highlights on njhighschoolsports.com.
- Complete end-of-season reports, County and State Playoff paperwork, and related documentation.
- Communicate team or player accolades to the athletic office.
Qualifications
- Possession of NJ DOE Instructional Certification or Substitute Credential.
- Preferred: Current affiliation as a teaching staff member at Bergen County Technical Schools.
- Demonstrated coaching experience with expert knowledge of lacrosse.
- Commitment to obtaining and maintaining certifications, including Fundamentals of Coaching, NFHS Courses (Concussion, Sportsmanship, Heat Illness, Bullying/Harassment), First Aid/CPR/AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens training.
- Regularly update rosters and communicate changes to the athletic office.
