Overview
Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member role with Milena Bu- State Farm Agency. The Life Insurance Specialist markets Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. The role involves leveraging sales experience to grow income while providing security for times of distress and vulnerability. The agency has a book of tenured clients and opportunities to protect important assets; 400+ term/permanent life policies require review/upsell. Spanish speaker is preferred but not required, as 50% of clients are Spanish speakers. We seek a strategic and emotionally intelligent resource to expand the agency with your skillset.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Display good analytical skills.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Accredited with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
- Life/Health Insurance License
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
