Job Summary
The Development & Ops Manager oversees the back-end support of the customer journey, from sales to customer service.


Job detail/responsibilities:

  • Project management experience including full lifecycle application development (ex: requirements gathering, use case development, system analysis, design, integration, testing, deployment).
  • Works across the business (sales, web ops and IT) to develop business requirements and ensure processes are streamlined between sales and marketing.
  • Interfaces with marketing managers to understand their complex data needs.
  • Serve as a conduit of knowledge between functional and technical teams.
  • Elicit, translate, and simplify requirements.
  • Ability to assess a project’s scope and the team’s ability to execute.
  • Identify proper marketing automation and optimization solutions to meet marketing program needs.
  • Project management of the digital transformation presale work stream.
  • Email platform management, including integration with our CRM's and automating our customer journeys
  • Continuously look for ways to automate sales and marketing activities.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing operations experience in a digital marketing environment with data-operations responsibility
  • Proven understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce, ACT and/or Siebel, as well as marketing automation systems such as Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
  • Must be highly disciplined, self-starter and leader with the ability to execute on assignments independently
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
