Location: Portsmouth Area
Daily Rate: £150 - £210 per day (depending on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Geography Teacher or an ECT looking to begin their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Geography Teacher Role:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Inspire students to develop a love for Geography and achieve academic success
• Use assessment data to inform planning and raise attainment
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Humanities department
• Promote Geography across the school and wider community

What We're Looking For in a Geography Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Specialism in Geography with strong subject knowledge
• Experience teaching Geography in a UK secondary school (or strong placement experience for ECTs)
• A team player who contributes positively to school life
• A Geography Teacher who is passionate about curriculum development and student progress
• A Geography Teacher who stays up to date with current pedagogy and educational thinking
