About the Role:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert legal advice
- Manage a busy caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages and New Build developments
- Draft legal documentation (contracts, transfer deeds)
- Handle cases from instruction to completion, ensuring excellent service
- Work within a collaborative and supportive team
About You:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Demonstrated ability to meet fee targets and deadlines consistently
- Exceptional communication and client care skills
- Willing to participate in networking and business development activities
