The Company
We’re supporting a well‑known, design‑led hotel collection to find a commercially driven Cluster Sales Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity for a relationship‑led, strategic sales professional who knows how to drive revenue across rooms, events, and corporate accounts while championing a strong sales culture on property.

The Role
As Cluster Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for maximising revenue across multiple hotels, delivering against budgets and KPIs through smart strategy, strong account management, and targeted business development.
You’ll balance the detail (forecasts, reporting, account plans) with the fun stuff—client meetings, fam trips, networking, and ensuring your hotels stay front of mind across the market.
Your key focuses will include:
- Building and executing local sales & marketing plans
- Driving revenue across corporate, M&E, group, weddings, and catering
- Growing key accounts and uncovering new business opportunities
- Working closely with regional and national sales teams
- Being a visible ambassador for the hotels across the community and online
- Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance with meaningful actions attached
About You
You’ll be a confident, curious, and commercially switched‑on sales professional who genuinely enjoys relationship building—both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience driving revenue across corporate, events, and M&E
- A track record of hitting (and exceeding!) targets
- Strong account management skills and the ability to unlock new business
- Experience producing sales plans and performance reports
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to influence stakeholders
- A proactive, self‑managing approach with solid organisational skills
- Strong operational awareness and a collaborative working style
