Geography Teacher / Geography ECT - Jan 26 Start - Outstanding School
Q - Are you a Geography Teacher or Geography ECT passionate about teaching Human, Physical and Environmental Geography?
We are an outstanding 11-18 school in Wandsworth and we are searching for a Geography Teacher / Geography ECT to join our team on 26th January. The Geography Department is incredibly popular, with a well‑rounded curriculum that makes Geography relevant and exciting for all pupils. During our latest Ofsted inspection (2023) the Geography Department received a deep dive and was praised for its relevance to our diverse, multicultural community.
Behaviour in the school is exemplary, there are ample CPD opportunities, staff wellbeing and workload are a top priority, and the Geography department goes on some of the best school trips in the entire school.
All Geography Teachers, varying in levels of experience, are urged to apply. The school offers TLRs for an experienced Geography Teacher, ranging from Enrichment Lead, KS4 Coordinator or Head of Year.

- Geography Teacher
- Full Time, Permanent Contract
- Start: 26 January 2025 (September 2025 is a separate posting)
- MPS1 - UPS3 + TLR's available (Inner London Pay scale)
- Salary: £38,766 - £60,092 + TLR
- Teaching KS3-KS5 Geography
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Geography Teacher with UK QTS
- Confident, engaging and passionate about Geography
- A team player who wants to work in a good sized department
- Passionate about all students achieving their best, whether that’s a C or an A*
